Pana acum ceva timp relatia mea cu firma de curierat a fost una foarte ok. Exceptand doua-trei momente cand coletele s-au pierdut pe drum, 99% coletele au fost livrate in 24 de ore si in siguranta. Lucru care ma facea sa dorm noaptea linistita stiind ca a doua zi toti clientii vor intra in posesia produsele dorite si se vor bucura de ele asa cum se cuvine.

Saptamana trecuta am primit cea mai urata veste legata de un colet, lucru care m-a determinat sa scriu acest articol, pentru ca nu vreau sa se mai intample vreodata si clientele mele (si a altora) sa stie macar care este procedura cea mai potrivita in caz de colete deteriorate.

Nu as vrea sa se inteleaga din acest articol ca am o problema personala cu firma de curierat, ci doar ca imi doresc ca in viitor sa nu apara probleme din nicio parte, iar clientul sa fie fericit.

De ani de zile de cand trimit colete cu produse nu am patit niciodata ca felul in care firma mea le impacheteaza sa dauneze coletului, pentru ca eu imi iau toate masurile de precautie si pentru ca stiu ca nu trimit globuri de cristal, dar nici lemne si ca siguranta coletului trebuie sa fie undeva la mijloc intre cele doua extreme.

Iata ce sa faceti atunci cand curierul va bate la usa si coletul arata un pic neobisnuit.

1. Verificati daca colturile cutiei/pungii sunt uscate, daca cumva ceva nu s-a scurs sau nu s-a murdarit.

2. Verificati cutia/punga sa fie intacta sa nu dea semne de lovire/sifonare sau posibil alte probleme.

3. Daca coletul este cu posibilitate de deschidere atunci deschideti NUMAI IN PREZENTA CURIERULUI pentru a constanta starea coletului. Daca este deteriorat refuzati coletul si faceti imediat poza la acesta, pe care o trimiteti firmei de unde ati comandat.

4. Daca nr 3 este valabil atunci rugati curierul sa faca un proces verbal de consemnare a daunelor, astfel incat shop-ul online, in acest caz Andra Cosmetics, sa poata face o plangere la firma de curierat.

Coletele sunt 100% ambalate corespunzator, cel putin de firma mea, si daca ajunge la clientul final deteriorat inseamna ca a fost manipulat gresit si chiar neglijat total.

Eu sper ca acest instructaj sa va fie de folos si de fapt sper sa nu aveti niciodata nevoie de el. Pentru ca daca primesti un colet care arata ca in poza de mai jos, aproape ca iti da durere in inima. Cel putin mie mi-a dat :) Peace!

Pay attention to damaged packages. Please!

 

Up until a while ago, my relationship with the courier company was quite OK. Except for two-three times when the packages got lost on the way, 99% of the parcels were shipped safely within 24 hours. A thing that made me sleep soundly at night, knowing that the next day, my clients would receive their desired items and enjoy them properly.

 

Last week I received the worst news about a package, which made me write this article, because I don’t want it to ever happen again and my clients (and other people’s clients) need to know at least the most appropriate procedure in the event of a damaged packaged.

 

I don’t want this article to leave the impression that I have a personal problem with the courier company, I just want there to be no other issues from either side, and I want my client to be happy.

 

I have been shipping packages for years and it has never happened before that the way my company wraps the package causes damages to it, because I take all precautions and because I know I’m not shipping crystal balls, but neither am I shipping wood, therefore the safety of the package should be somewhere in the middle.

 

This is what you should do when the courier knocks on your door and the package looks a bit unusual.

 

1. Check if the corners of the box are dry, if something leaked or got dirty

 

2. Check if the box is intact, free of bump marks/wrinkles or signs of other problems

 

3. If the package may be opened, then open it ONLY IN THE PRESENCE OF THE COURIER to assess the condition of the parcel. If it’s damaged, decline it and immediately take a photo of it and send it to the company where you have placed your order.

 

4. If no. 3 is applicable, then ask the courier to draw up a protocol recording the damages, so that the online shop, in this case Andra Cosmetics, can submit a complaint with the courier company.

 

The parcels are 100% wrapped accordingly, at least by my firm, and if it gets to the client in a damaged condition, this means it was mishandled and entirely neglected.

 

I hope these instructions are of use to you and I hope you’ll never need them. Because receiving a package that looks like the one in the photo below almost breaks your heart. At least it did mine J. Peace!
